We would love to meet you. Come join us this Sunday for worship.
WHAT TO EXPECT
We all know what it feels like to walk into a room without knowing anyone. We hope that won't be the case when you visit us. We are a warm and friendly community, and we want to make you feel welcome.
Q. how long is your service?
Our service is from 10:00-11:15 AM on most Sunday's.
Q. do you have anything for children?
Our congregation is blessed to have many young families, and we welcome even more families and children. We have children Sunday School during the Adult Sunday School hour. During the service, we welcome families to keep their kids in the service. But if you need a cry room, we have a Cry Room for the younger children and Training Room for parents to practice sitting in church with their young children without the pressure of them acting up and distracting others.
Q. What is your music like?
We are very blessed to have a gifted cellist, two violinists, a keyboardist, and a rotation of vocalists.
Q. How often do you have communion and who is welcome to the table?
We practice weekly communion. We believe that God speaks to us primarily through the preaching of the Gospel, but that he also speaks to us through the administration of his sacraments (Baptism and the Lord's Supper). Because of our conviction of the importance of both Word and Sacrament, we practice weekly communion. God loves us so much that he not only tells us of his love through preaching, but he shows us of his love toward us through the common elements of water, bread, and wine. We welcome any visitor who is a Christian to participate with us in the celebration of our Lord's death until he comes.
Q. what is your service like?
Below you will find an outline of our weekly liturgy (service). It may look intimidating at first, but our whole service is barely over one hour long.
